At Academic Enclave, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Return Process

- Package the Item: Safely package the item in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging materials.

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

- Refunds for returned items do not include the original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges resulting from an error on our part.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time:

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow the return procedure outlined above.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the shipping costs in this case.
8. International Returns
For international customers, the same return process applies, but please note that shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Return shipping fees, customs duties, and other associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item. If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
