About the Author

Dr. Vijaya Supriya Samnoel, Assistant Professor at REVA University, with over 16 years of experience, specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL), Previously, she taught at Loyola College for 14 years. Her research explores interdisciplinary approaches, including hip-hop in ESL and AI-powered innovations. She authored Hip Hop; ESL: Shaping Second Language Skills Through Rap and hold two patents: AI-Powered Hip Hop Healing and Recovery for PTSD and Voices Reimagined: AI-Powered AR for Speech Intervention. Dr. Samnoel recognized with the 2024 Outstanding Educator Award, Best Researcher Award (REVA University), ICELTS 2023 Best Paper Award, and James Joyce Teaching Excellence Award (2022), As convenor of the 2024 National Conference on AI in Teaching, she drive discussions on AI’s role in learning.

Dr. Pooja Gupta, Associate Professor, School of Liberal Arts, IILM University, India. She has a background in Science and holds a Ph.D. in English literature with 16 years of teaching and research experience. Prior, she has worked at eminent institutions like UPES, Indian Military Academy IMA and others. Dr. Gupta has a solid research background, chaired 8 International conferences, delivered keynote address, presented over 17 research papers at national and international conferences, published 15 research papers in international journals and also published 3 books. Dr. Gupta has hosted several workshops and faculty development initiatives sponsored by AICTE and Govt. of India. She has received the ‘Teacher of the Year Award’ by Uttarakhand Technical University and UCOST, India and State level ‘Best Official’ Award from the Yoga Association of Uttarakhand, India.
