Dr. Elisha Kanungo currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Birla Global University. Holding a doctorate in Law Dr. Kanungo has published many scholarly articles. She has a deep interest in criminal law. Her work focuses on exploring the complexities of criminal justice system. Before joining BGU she was associated with XIM University and M.S. Law University where she served as a dedicated faculty member.
Mr. Soubhagya Sundar Nanda is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Birla Global University, Odisha. Previously he was working as a Research Associate-cum-Teaching Assistant at National Law University, Odisha. He has also worked as a Research Associate in the ICSSR project conducted by Centre for Child Rights, NLU Odisha.
Mr. Yogendra Singh is a seasoned academic professional and legal scholar with a strong foundation in criminal law, energy law, and human rights. He is currently associated with the Birla School of Law, Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, as an Assistant Professor of Law. He has also cleared the UGC NET and holds an LL.M. with a specialization in criminal laws from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala.
Mr. Prithivi Raj is a Lawyer turned Academician. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at Birla Global University, Odisha. Before joining BGU he was associated with Adamas University, SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) [Deemed-to-be-University], and ICFAI University. He has more than seven years of experience in practicing Advocacy in various Courts and Tribunals in India.
